WHO WE ARE

Astraglass Innovations is a U.S.-based manufacturer of scientific glassware, quartz products, reactor systems, and bioprocess solutions headquartered in Vineland, New Jersey. We serve customers across Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Environmental, Petrochemical, Analytical, and OEM instrumentation markets.

As an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, quality is built into every step of our process — from design and fabrication to documentation, inspection, and customer support.

Astraglass has evolved beyond traditional glassware manufacturing. Today, we combine precision glass fabrication, engineering, automation, and application-focused product development to support customers who need reliable, scalable, and customized solutions.

WHAT WE MAKE

Our portfolio is organized around three core areas:

Chemistry & Process Research Solutions
Distillation systems, chromatography glassware, reactors, condensers, filtration assemblies, pressure reaction vessels, evaporation components, and custom process glassware for research and scale-up applications.

Biotechnology & Life Sciences Solutions
Bioreactor and fermenter vessels, spinner flask assemblies, media bottles, cryogenic glassware, probe-compatible glass assemblies, and related life science consumables. We are also developing integrated bioprocess solutions, including the STRYDE™ Bioprocess Controller and Software platform, to bring monitoring, traceability, and digital records to benchtop glass bioprocessing.

Precision Glassware & OEM Components
High-tolerance glass and quartz components for OEM instruments and specialized applications, including He-Ne laser components, dissolution vessels, quartz sample tubes, environmental analysis components, analytical instrument glassware, sapphire viewport assemblies, and customer-specific precision parts.

Manufacturing & Engineering Capabilities

Our Vineland facility supports scientific glassblowing, quartz fabrication, vacuum shrink operations, auto-lathe work, grinding, cutting, tooling, lampworking, Class A volumetric calibration, silk screening, decoration, repair, modification, and custom assembly.

Beyond fabrication, Astraglass supports engineering-driven product development, fixture design, process improvement, automation integration, and custom system development — helping customers move from concept to prototype to repeatable production.

Our History

2023
Astraglass Innovations launched after merger of Andrews Glass and Quark Glass. This branding change reflects our commitment to innovation, customer-centric solutions, and advancing the field of scientific glassware .
2021
Subu Natesan acquires Quark Glass; a premier manufacturer of laboratory glassware for academic, environmental and biotechnology industries.
2019
Subu Natesan purchases Andrews Glass and becomes CEO. Company further diversifies its offerings for precision glassware sold to OEM markets.
2014
Andrews Glass Company sold to a private investor.
1992
Fischer & Porter divests Andrews Glass and there is a management buyout. Portfolio diversification into specialty vials and CO2 laser components
1956
Fischer & Porter purchases Andrews Glass and expands glassware production.
1948
